Isagenics was founded in March of 2002 by John Anderson and Jim and Kathy Coover. John is a private label supplement manufacturer and has created over 2,300 nutritional and weight loss supplements in his lifetime. Jim and Kathy Coover are well-known network marketing entrepreneurs in the industry of internet marketing. Jim, alone, has been the president of two successful network marketing companies and Kathy is a successful leader and trainer in the network marketing industry.

The product

The products that you would be selling with Isagenics would be natural cleansing, nutrition, and skin care products. The nutritional products are sold in packs that, over a 30 day time frame, help to shed an average seven pounds within those 30 days. Seeing as the products are manufactured directly with Isagenics your customers wouldn't be able to find them anywhere else which would prove to be benefit for you. They are more expensive, though, then going to your local health store which could be a downfall in today's economy.

The business

To join Isagenics you would be spending $39 on top of purchasing your own inventory to sell on your own. You will be earning not only a commission on the products that you sell but also the products that your recruiters sell beneath you as this is also a multi-level marketing business. It appears that the business is also based on a point system. You and your recruiters are going to have to sell a certain amount of products in order to reach the point basis that the company designates.

This is a legitimate business that is packed with potential. Part of your main focus, though, will be learning how to market your product in the recession using the many techniques out there for marketing both online and offline. It appears that they offer extensive training but you are really going to have to key in on your social abilities. In this I mean that you are going to have to know how to talk to and sell your products to your target audience. If you don't get their attention within the first few minutes of conversation, you are going to lose your sale. If you are one of the few out there with poor social skills then this business may not be the right one for you. Keep in mind, though, that there are hundreds of techniques available out there to sell your product that may give you the ability to attract your target customer before you speak a word to them. This business will not be an overnight success but if you focus and overcome the learning curve that is involved in marketing your product that waiting period will be shorter than you think and you will be able to profit quicker and more efficiently.
